Having spent most of my career primarily using the left hand side of my brain I can now take the time to exercise the right side! 

I have always loved and appreciated the work of artisans using many different mediums but have mostly been drawn to fibre arts.  So now with more time I can explore and learn new skills and methods to pursue my creative projects.  

Inspiration can be found anywhere but I particularly enjoy being inspired by the Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia and have been blessed to have found this part of the world and be able to enjoy it each summer.  My creative endeavors include knitting, photography and currently beaded jewelry. 

Learning new techniques in beading has been my Covid project!  There is a real sense of accomplishment to be able to create beautiful items and I believe a little creativity can go a long way!
